Kindpath Foundation collects only the information needed to process and acknowledge your donation: your name, contact details, your seva selection, and — only if you request an 80G receipt — your receipt details (including PAN). Postal address, WhatsApp number, dedications and promotional consent are optional and never required to donate.

Donor details are used solely for donation coordination, acknowledgement, seva updates you consented to, and statutory receipt issuance. We do not sell donor data. PAN and receipt information are handled carefully and are not stored in unsecured logs.
